Crown Cleaner accepts returns only when the product is completely unopened. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
We cannot accept returns on opened products. Because our products are applied directly to hats and other personal items, opened items cannot be restocked for health and safety reasons.
To request a return, contact Crown Cleaner with your order number and proof of purchase. Approved returns must be sent back in their original, unopened packaging. Shipping costs for approved returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of our error.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing time.
Crown Cleaner is a mobile business that travels between fairs and events. This policy applies to all online orders.
